WELCOME TO Bel Air

Di Mahaffey is our Operating Partner and Broker. After a lengthy association with RE/MAX, she was introduced to Keller Williams and was immediately drawn to the company's mission, vision and values. After 17+ plus years in the business, she is still most committed to exceptional client care, and is never without a smile! Married to Mark and a mother of two, Di resides in Bel Air and enjoys long motorcycle rides with her husband, spending time with extended family, and hosting friends at her home. A breast cancer survivor, she is an inspiration to all; she has shown enormous strength and grace and is a leader we are proud of. 

Beth Incorvati is our Team Leader. She started her career with RE/MAX and hit the ground running, settling nearly 20 million her first two years in business. She attributes this to the basics: working FSBO's, open houses and relentless networking. Her role as team leader allows her to pursue her true passions: teaching, training and coaching, and telling the others about the benefits of KW. A single mom, she lives in Abingdon with her two children. She enjoys travel, live music and the beach, but especially loves heading to Austin for more KW training and meeting others from all over the country!

Tim Langhauser is our Market Center Administrator. A part of Keller Williams American Premier Realty since it's inception, Tim has proven himself to be one of the best and most knowledgeable MCA's in the region. A true leader in the market center, he keeps us on task and on budget, guiding us toward greater profitability. Tim enjoys what most "twenty-somethings" do, but he is particularly devoted to his young son, who lives with him in Riverside. We are extremely fortunate to have Tim on our team!

Jen Dietrich is our Director of First Impressions. What you immediately notice when you enter our doors  - besides Jen's warm smile - is the obvious command she has over "the front of the house". She provides our associates with unbelievable support and her professionalism is apparent in all she does. From call coordination to document management, agents trust she'll handle all as if the client were her own. A resident of Abingdon, she attends Towson University and aspires to a career in teaching - unless, that is, we can convince her to grow with Keller Williams!
